Treasury

From Wikimedia Hong Kong, the Local Wikimedia Chapter in Hong Kong

A resolution forming a Treasury for Wikimedia Hong Kong had passed the 1^st meeting of the 1^st Directory, according to article 4.13, the Articles of Association of Wikimedia Hong Kong Limited.

Mission

The mission of such Treasury is responsible for finance of the Chapter.

Tasks

• to provide advices & reminders to the Directory on financial issue
• to manage the finance of the chapter
• to conduct fund raising programs, and deal with the Wikimedia Foundation in relevant process
• to draft financial plans, proposal and reports of the chapter

Personnel

The Treasury shall be led by the Treasurer of the Chapter, the Current Secretary of the Chapter is Mr. Terence Yuen

The duties and works are handled by Administrative Assistants and Advisors. Current staff includes:
